Photography - made a checklist I save in apple notes. This is the one I use before every job. I’m still fairly new to real estate so my equipment checklist isn’t crazy long, but you get the idea.

-be mindful of editing process while capturing footage(transitions, reverse, music)

If possible, ask what kind of music the client likes.
